Simolap Hot Spring offers a simple and authentic eco-stay experience at the edge of the Leuser rainforest. Our traditional lodges are built with natural materials such as wood and bamboo and are designed to blend with the surrounding environment. Guests can relax in the natural hot spring, listen to the sounds of the forest, learn about the biodiversity and explore nearby waterfalls, rivers and jungle.

ASRAMA
at the Forest Basecamp
In the middle of the secondary rainforest, sleep wild atop in our wooden and bamboo dormitory, surrounded by trees' branchs and rocked by sounds of the wild life. Stay at the door of the national park, between fruit forest and jungle rubber, closed to a clear river with natural pools in tropical jungle.
The Forest Basecamp is located less than 10 minutes walk from the Hot Spring area, and offer a quiet and immersive jungle experience, shared with the community KPL onsite. Relaxing, calm, and authentic ideal for wildlife viewing as monkeys, birds, squirrels, butterflies and many others. Perfect for groups, students, families (child minimum 6 years old), travelers or volunteers.

Comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxing, exploring the garden biodiversity, ideally situated between the Hot Spring and the Forst Basecamp.
